Games unite able bodied and disabled

More than 2,000 pupils from schools in the east London boroughs hosting the 2012 Olympics (mascot above) took part in ten paralympic sports at the third annual Schools Sports Championship. The event, hosted by Hackney Learning Trust, saw both disabled and able-bodied children compete in sports including wheelchair basketball, sailing and swimming.
