Lesbian and bisexual pupils should be protected in schools’ anti-bullying policies, a charity said this week.

A study from YWCA England and Wales, called Pride and Prejudice: young lesbian and bisexual women, found that only 13 per cent of schools mention bullying relating to sexuality in their policies, despite government guidelines advising that the issue be addressed.
