The second round of the national ICT in Practice Awards, organised by the British Educational Communications and Technology Agency (Becta) and sponsored by The TES and BT, will be launched at The Education Show in Birmingham later this month (March 22-23). The first awards, presented at the BETT educational technology show in January by David Puttnam were a major success (TES Online, February 9) and uncovered a wealth of good ICT practice in schools all over the UK. Nominations for teachers for the next round have to be in by the end of July. Full information about the ICT in Practice Awards will be available at the Becta, TES and BT stands at The Education Show.
