GTC suspends fraudster

A newly-qualified teacher who failed to reveal a conviction for attempting to buy a new car with a forged cheque has been found guilty of unacceptable professional conduct.

England's General Teaching Council has banned Jonathan Clatworthy, who taught at West Exe technology college, Exeter, for two years. He is now working as a supplier to the construction industry.
