Action Words is inviting visitors to drop their name and address into a hat for a chance to win champagne and truffles as well as a complete set of Action Words for their school.

stand PV107 British Energy is giving away Power To Learn, a free CD-ROM. For KS2 and 3, the program covers electric circuits with on screen graphic lamps, switches, buzzers, dimmers and motors. stand SW14 Britannic Assurance has free financial resources aimed at 14 - 16 year olds for use in PSHE amp; Citizenship.

Berol are sponsoring the Creativity in Practice zone and they will be giving away free activity handouts during the three demonstrations they are running daily. stand AZ2

CASCAiD Careers software producer, is holding a competition at its stand which gives you the chance to win a copy of Paws in Jobland, the multimedia package for primary schools. Paws in Jobland keyrings are also on offer.

Children First Limited (EY99)will be holding a free prize draw for a copy of the Wide Eye Box Set which is designed to support the early stages of a child’s development. The box set is worth pound;160.

Destinations Study Tours are running free inspection visits to Futuroscope near Poitier in France. The tour includes two nights hotel accommodation and park entrance. A variety of free wall posters will also be on offer.

DIALnet is offering visitors to its stand at the Education Show a free one-month trial of learnall.net, the online education resource with materials for all key stages and subject areas.

DLK Limited, the producers of educational software, including the MathsWork suite, are offering free software to all visitors to their stand. The software will come with a full site licence and the modules are full versions.

EBSCO Information Services will be giving away free 60 day trials of their new Schools and College database, the UK Reference Centre.

stand B69 The Human Values Foundation offers everyone who places an order the chance to take part in a spin the wheel competition for free videos. The 45-minute video shows how a school uses the company programme called Education in Human Values. It is aimed at primary children.

AImmersive Education will be giving away free demonstration CDs of Kar2ouche from its stand. The demonstration CD contains the application which will runfor 60 days.

stand D60 Nord Anglia will give the first 100 people to its stand on each day of the show a copy of Gervaise Phinn’s new book. There is also the opportunity to win a DVD player for your school or college.

stand F38 Morphun Education will be giving away a free 12-piece sample of the latest version of its award-winning construction system to anyone who visits their stand and mentions the TES. Visitors will also have the chance to buy a pound;20 toolbox set for only pound;10. This pound;20 set will be free if you order a school-sized pound;50-plus set of their side-joining construction bricks.

stand EY108 Music Sales Ltd are giving away sampler CDs featuring excerpts from Golden Apple Productions, their range of children’s musicals and songbooks.

Every Golden Apple title has a cassette available, or comes with a CD, and the taster on the sampler are all taken from these recordings.

SThe National Canine Defence League (NCDL), has produced a free pack aimed at those teaching English and business studies. It is based on its recent advertising strategy and the NCDL’s motto, A Dog is for Life. The material on offer gives students the chance to work with real data and provides an insight into key topics within the two curriculums.

stand C29 PLATO LEARNING will be giving away book marks with ten top tips on reading strategies.

stand E 27 The PETA Research amp; Education Foundation is giving away Share the World packs which include a teachers’ resource book, a video and a poster for all Key Stage 1 amp; 2 teachers. There is also a free GCSE pack for all English teachers.

stand G78 2Simple Software will be giving away an evaluation version of its software, the 2 Simple Infant Video Toolkit . Biscuits will also be available for infant visitors.

stand SW25 Sherston has a non-save version of Junior MultiMedia Lab, which has been nominated for an Educational Resources Award, on offer. The other freebie is the new Sherston Interactive Directory.

SchoolEnergy, at the Education amp; Youth stand will be offering free advice and curriculum focused resources on a whole school approach to saving energy.

stand C29 TEEM - Teachers Evaluating Educational Multimedia - will give away free pens, Cadbury’s creme eggs and a spiral bound notebook full of advice on how to get the best out of your multimedia.

stand A61 Free copies of the latest edition of the TES will be available at our stand.

stand J20 Tacklesport will be running a competition to give away five Series of our Sports Coaching CD-ROMs. Stand visitors will have to answer five questions (one on each sport). The winners will be drawn at the end of the show.

stand B59 TTSis giving away a QX3 Computer Microscope in a prize draw.

stand P51 Time Education will be giving away a selection of goods including classroom posters, mouse mats, pens and software- for-schools vouchers.
