The Wall, a 40-page supplement about Hadrian’s Wall was produced by the Newcastle Evening Chronicle. Accompanied by a KS2-3 teaching pack, it contains photographs and illustrations taken from Frank Graham’s Hadrian’s Wall in the Days of the Romans and a full historic guide about the site, the Romans’ move to the North, their bridging of the Tyne and their conquests and defeats.
