A Pounds 700,000 joint venture to launch a high-tec higher education centre and expand local part-time study opportunities in Mansfield was agreed this week by West Nottinghamshire College, Nottingham University, North Nottinghamshire Training and Enterprise Council and Nottinghamshire County Council.
