A headteacher has been suspended for allegedly shaking primary pupils if they misbehaved and forcing them to walk barefoot if they wore the wrong shoes. Ealing council confirmed an investigation into the allegations against Kanta Riley, head of Beaconsfield primary in west London, was underway.
