PRIMARY headteachers will have to decide between York or Leicestershire next month. The National Association of Head Teachers’ primary conference from March 30 to April 1 at the Moathouse on the banks of the Ouse clashes with he National Primary Heads Association gathering on March 30 near Loughborough. Education minister Estelle Morris is to address the NAHT. The NPHA conference will have education select committee chair Barry Sheerman.
