A DRIVE TO push up the standard of out of school care was signalled on Monday at the launch of a national quality assurance scheme, Aiming High Scotland. Irene Audain, dirctor of the Scottish Out of School Care Network, said it would allow groups to achieve a certificate to show parents and funders they provide a quality service.
