The cost of making Welsh FE colleges accessible to disabled staff and students has fallen but still stands at pound;12.7 million, according to the National Assembly’s audit committee. It wants a new review to check the accuracy of the figures, and for government grants for disability-related building improvements to be ring-fenced.
