Aberdeen College has been given another accolade for its approach to staff development, and was presented by Investors in People with its people development award last week. This goes beyond the IIP standard, which the college was first awarded in 1996, and is based on 10 indicators of good practice. The auditors found that “everyone subscribes to the principle of a quality culture and people are actively encouraged to take part in quality assurance processes”.
