One in four rough sleepers is aged between 18 and 25. The national homeless charity Crisis has launched an education pack for 13 to 16 year olds designed to prevent them from drifting into the homelessness trap. Changing Lives offers practical activities to explore what homelessness means and why people becme homeless.
