The editor of The TES Scotland is trying to hide from the company accountant a statement in the Scottish Community Education Council bulletin that reads: “A criminal waste of Pounds 18m a year by Willis Pickard”. He is not sure that it referred only to the headline on an article he wrote for the paper.
