The University and College Union has compared the average pay for lecturers across the country. So how does your college fare?

After requesting information on staff pay levels from every college in England, the University and College Union (UCU) has launched a new Rate for the Job tool. Listed below are the responses from the 181 colleges which responded, to allow you to compare pay levels at institutions across England.

The figures are being published as Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn has waded into the row over pay between the UCU and Unison unions and the Association of Colleges, in an exclusive interview with TES. Read more here.
