Heads down in Cramlington, Northumberland: Year 9 and 10 pupils from Cramlington High School plan to photograph people reading in “unusual locations” (the shopping centre’s not safe) to round off a week of book-related activities in ad around the school (where some pupils have been snapped themselves, see page 2, opposite). The programme included an exhibition from a similar photography project at the public library and readings at local first schools.
