What is it?

In our multi-faith society, it’s important for young pupils to have an understanding of different faiths and customs. Teachers have shared resources on TES Resources which can save primary teachers time and help develop their pupils’ awareness. They can also generate engaging discussion. This collection of resources focuses on Christianity. How can it be used?

Try jodyo’s resource on Christian symbols, which are current and relevant for young pupils; it’s getting five-star reviews from teachers. If you find something works particularly well with your class, why not return to the resource page and share your feedback. Chris Richards has shared a PowerPoint activity based on being inside a church - what kinds of things will you see? There’s also a PowerPoint on Christian Creation shared by fools life which you can use with Year 1 pupils, and lots of other time- saving materials.

Tell us what you think by visiting the collection.
