We all know there’s a shortage of males in primary schools, so to help you discover if you’re a suitable candidate, Brunel University has devised the identikit “perfect male primary teacher”. According to female teachers questioned, they’re after a bloke with an enthusiastic approach to teaching, an ability to listen, a lack of arrogance, a good sense of humour, one who’s willing to work in a team, and be a strong role model.
Only paragons of virtue need apply.
