The result of an in-depth inquiry by the Charity Commission into affairs of the National Confederation of Parent Teacher Associations were expected to be made public today.
The “highly inflammatory” report was sent to trustees earlier this week. NCPTA chairman Judith Wood was going through every paragraph with solicitors.
