(Photograph) - Speaking from his home in Yeovil, Somerset, struck-off inspector Geoffrey Owen (pictured right) said he would be taking legal advice against Ofsted’s decision.

“There is no easy way to tell teachers and headteachers that there is room for improvement in the way they do their jobs, especially early on in inspections, ” he added.

“I am sticking by my decisions and my manner. I did not set out deliberately to upset teachers and I am upset when I hear that this has happened.”
