SportScotland has announced it is to award a total of pound;898,450 to the Scottish Area Institutes of Sport over the next 12 months.
The six institutes have helped young athletes develop in different sports and prepare them for international competition. A total of 320 athletes in 15 sports are currently helped through the institute network.
