A new centre has been launched to help professionals meet the Every Child Matters agenda by bringing together research on themes such as children in care and early years. The Centre for Excellence and Outcomes in Children and Young People’s Services (C4EO) is funded by the Department for Children, Schools and Families and will be led by Christine Davies, former director of children’s services at Telford and Wrekin Council.
