Kids volunteer to switch off

Most young people would give up their spare time to do voluntary work. A survey of 300 youngsters by Oxfam showed more than a third had volunteered to help a charity in the past year.

Most of the 16 to 24-years-olds polled said they would happily stop watching TV to do some voluntary work.
