Education officials in Glasgow have been reprimanded following an investigation by the city’s chief executive into first-year entries at Carmunnock primary. Parents complaine that 40 pupils had been accepted for primary 1, damaging their children’s education. Officials had planned a school extension but were hit by planning objections.
