The Welsh parents of suicide-pact victim Laura Rhodes are considering legal action against her former school after staff reportedly “blamed” their daughter for bullying which they claim led to her death. Mike and Yvonne Rhodes told The Times they have taken legal advice after viewing records held by Cefn Saeson school in Neath. Laura, 13, died last year in a suicide pact with a friend she met via the internet. Rebecca Ling, 14, survived after both girls took an overdose of pills.
