CAN anyone explain how Internet-based communications will lessen the bureaucratic burden on schools?
The endless communications will be in a different form but will still have to be dealt with. Indeed it is esier at the click of a mouse to take a blunderbuss approach, targeting everyone rather than the appropriate recipient.
