Letters Extra: Answers on a postcard

I was pleased at the confirmation that for the first time ever we had reached 100 per cent at KS1 on Friday.

On discussion with the present Year 2 teacher we cannot decide which of the following three factors if any or all had an influence on our results.

Was it the low pupil mobility? Was it the CASE (Cognitive Acceleration in Science Education) project undertaken by this class when in Year 1 in our Hammersmith and Fulham School (as written about in your article last week, “Thinking - the next big idea?”)?

Was it the fact that this class have received 4 years (including Nursery) of uninterrupted high quality education from 3 different highly skilled practitioners? Answers on a postcard.
