Letters extra: a new slogan for the GTC

I enjoyed reading the Platform article by Carole Adams (chief executive of the General Teaching Council). One of the points she made was that 45 per cent of teachers are over 45. Here's another slogan for her to consider - because it is clear that the GTC is avoiding a most obvious solution to the problem of retention:nbsp;"pound;25K when you' re 25". Just like the other professions - so what about it Carol?
