* "What would you do if you knew you couldn't fail?" Frequently, the limitations we assume stop us from being aware of what we really want. This gets to the heart of our desires.
* "If there's something you can't do, how would you do it it if you could?"
This question can help us to think of fresh ways of reaching a goal.
* "What's in it for the other person?" We forget that the only good solution is a win-win solution; this question reminds us to put ourselves in the other person's shoes.
* "What can you do now to move one step closer to resolving the problem?"
In the face of a challenge, this reminds us that the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.
Jot these questions down and the next time you feel at a loss, asking one of them may be the beginning of a solution.
