Life jacket error

The four victims of last year's Lyme Bay canoe tragedy would probably havesurvived if their life jackets had been inflated, Winchester Crown Court was told this week. Commander Edward Oakley, a Royal Navy survival expert, said the children should have been told to inflate the jackets as soon as they entered the water.
