London’s Barbican Centre has set up three evening poetry workshops open to any primary teachers within reach. The sessions with Valerie Bloom on “Sound and Poetry” (February 22), Mandy Coe on “Telling Stories” (March 14) and Michael Laskey on “Poetry Cities” (June 29) cost pound;5 each, including wine.
