Motivate, the maths videoconferencing project that brings university lecturers and schools together, has a new website. Motivate runs online seminars that allow pupils to study maths topics that fall outside the curriculum. Among the big events this term will be the videoconferences on the maths of sport conductedby John Barrow of the Millennium Maths Project, University of Cambridge.

The site has details of this and more seminars and conferences, and teachers can register their classes. Archive material from previous projects are also available.
