South Wales and West Railway has produced a guide for educational groups listing all the historic sites along the 75-mile route from Weymouth to Bristol.
These include everything from Dorchester’s Tutankhamun exhibition and Bath’s Roman attractions to a working Railtrack signal box at Yeovil Pen Mill.
