I HOPE teachers will take seriously the new warnings about overuse of mobile phones by young people. Although the long-term health risk cannot be proved, children ought to be careful and teacherscan help pass on the warnings. Better cautious now than regretful in 30 or 40 years time. Remember that smoking used to be thought harmless.
