Teachers will be encouraged to contact mental health workers for advice about troubled pupils, under new government guidelines.A 10-year strategy to improve health and social care for children was launched by the Government this week. The National Service Framework for Children, Young People and Maternity Services places an expectation on schools, local authorities and the NHS to work together more closely.
