Our March 15 report on the deaths of two Leeds schoolgirls who drowned on a river-walking trip was accompanied by a wrongly-captioned photograph. The woman pictured was not Liz Schofield, one of the Royds school teachers who supervised the trip, but her colleague, Dawn Nicholson. The agency that supplied the photograph has accepted responsibility for the mistake.
