A new exhibition “Chemicals for Life” opens at Catalyst, the Museum of the Chemical Industry, in May, comprising interactive exhibits, multimedia programmes and original artefacts about topics from health to environment. To mark the occasion, Catalyst is inviting pupils aged 11-16 in teams of up to eight to design a popular magazine called Chemicals for Life containing articles related chemical products in the home, garden and industry, life saving medicines, sport and leisure.

First prize is a desk top publishing system and VIP tickets to the launch of the exhibition on May 14. Closing date: April 1.
