‘There should be zero-tolerance of bullying in schools. All children should be responsible for other children. Schools may even have bullying courts, where children decide with teachers on the consequences of bullying. And there should be kindness campaigns. It sounds naff, but children would nominate other children for a prize when they are kind to others’
