Can I congratulate you on your leader last week, “Something to shout about”. The failure of the Scottish media to report consistently on the successes of Scottish education is on a parallel with its relentlessly negative coverage of parliamentary matters. The effect is the same - a loss of faith in governance.
But others have their responsibilities too. The unions, as your report last week from the Educational Institute of Scotland conference showed, need to do more to talk up their profession.
