New deadline for Scots dictionary;Curriculum

https://www.tes.com/magazine/archive/new-deadline-scots-dictionarycurriculum
Wanted to join TES Scotland’s Scots millennium dictionary project but didn’t have the time to do it last term? Well, so many primary schools were disappointed at missing the deadline that, due to popular demand, we have extended it to the end of the summer term so that more pupils can take part.

So here’s your last chance to participate in the project. Simply compile your own Scots dictionary of words and sayings, with the help of the local community, and then send it to TES Scotland. We will compile all the entries in a single national edition to reflect the state of the Scots language around the country at the end of the century.

Full guidelines from TES Scotland, Scots Millennium Dictionary Project, Scott House, 10 South St Andrew Street, Edinburgh EH2 2AZ, tel: 0131 557 1133. Entries must reach us by June 22.
