Make the Grade AS and A2 Chemistry will be an essential adjunct to the Edexcel A-level course. The introduction covers study skills and preparing for unit exams. Thereafter, clear summaries stress what has to be learned and understood (with worked examples), give a checklist of main points and provide questions to practise. The answers at the back give examiner’s comments to aid understanding.

Revise A2 Chemistry for OCR A will be similarly useful for those taking this course. There is an overview of each unit with references back to AS work. Each section summarises the content with worked examples and quick test questions. At the end of each unit are longer examination type questions with full answers at the end of the book.
