A SECOND teacher has been suspended on full pay following allegations that he had a relationship with a 17-year-old pupil.

Trevor Biglin, 43, head of sixth form at Oulder Hill community school in Rochdale, Greater Manchester, was told not to return pending an inquiry into allegations made by former pupil Sally Roberts, 19.

The allegations will be investigated by Rochdale education authority and by the school’s governors who will decide what action to take. Mr Biglin reportedly told the News of the World that nothing happened between them until Sally left the school.
