Internet fundraising stretches far beyond just Amazon (Friday magazine, TES, June 27). The fundraising www.buy.at offers any school, or indeed team from within a school, a free webshop.
This allows people to purchase from more than 20 retailers including Mamp;S, Comet, Blackwell’s and CDWow, with commission going to the schoool. It allows webshops to be personalised with a message related to a specific campaign.
Our school’s shop is at www.buy.atccc while many other schools using the site are listed among the participating groups on the home page. The site provides posters to help us - effectively extending the Internet on to school noticeboards.
