No-notice inspections should go both ways

Will no-notice inspections also apply to inspectors? ("The plot thickens as Ofsted plans 'dawn raids' for all", 13 January.) Will they be given no chance to look at performance data before they visit and therefore see schools "as they really are", reporting what they see without having any preconceptions? That, at least, would be an advance on current inspection practice.
