Almost all Scotland’s education authorities - 26 out of 32 - have banned access from school computers to the controversial website ratemyteachers.co.uk, or are about to, according to a survey of councils by the Educational Institute of Scotland, which is concerned about the “scurrilous” comments on teachers.
