At Whytemead First School in Worthing, 60 children worked with artist David Parker to make a film. Using microphones and cameras, the Year 2s recorded their creative responses to subjects including skills, memories and the notion of ‘the future’.

Pupils at Heckmondwike Grammar School in West Yorkshire show Prince Edward around the school’s new extension, the Crellin Building.

Bolton Council’s school meals team has been praised for sourcing food locally. Around 80 per cent of ingredients come from nearby suppliers.
