OCTOBER 18 WORKING WITH REFUGEE CHILDREN Organised for education professionals and others who work with refugee children by the Refugee Council and Leeds City Council. Venue: Leeds United Football Club.

The programme looks at meeting the educational and psychological needs of refugees in the UK and in the North-east and. Workshops include: early-years provision; working with 14-19s; settling refugee children into school; racism and xenophobia in education; and working with unaccompanied refugee children.
