Omega-3 fatty acids in fish such as tuna and salmon are having “an astonishingly positive effect on the growth of the neurological system”. In Australia, “mega” doses of Omega-3 fatty acids given to autistic children had “seen their brains change significantly”. But most sources of cold water fish have been contaminated by high mercury levels.
