One short of a century

Local authorities have built 99 new schools since the Scottish Parliament opened in 1999. A written answer from the Education Minister revealed that more than 400 capital works involving investment of more than pound;250,000 in a primary school and pound;500,000 in a secondary school had been started or completed.
