I am another TA who works full time, and I also get paid less than #163;10,000. As many of you will agree, the job can be very challenging, especially when you are working one-to-one with a pupil with behavioural and social difficulties. Friends who work as shop assistants get paid more than I do. I can’t help but find this frustrating.
